Term of Services 📝
* I only accept drawing: SFW, Women, Pony, Shota, OCs, couples, Char x OC, etc.
* I won't draw: NSFW, Gore, Violent or Abusive art, Mechanic, Elder people, Muscle man, Furry, etc
* If the request exceed my ability, I will inform to you, decline and refund (if it needed)
* The finished artworks will be sent via Google Drive / Gmail
* Commercial Use Fee: 3x the original price.
* Private Fee: 1.5x the original price.
✨Requests from artist
– (OCs) When ordering, please first prepare the characters’ references, details, personality and other crucial information.
– (Fictional characters from games/anime, etc) Inform me of the character information and any special personal requests.
– Being able to reply regularly because I will continuously update the progress.
– Do not bargain the price.
By commissioning and making a deposit, you agree to all terms stated in this ToS.
1. Completing time:
* Sketches will be made within 1 week, and full rendering process may take place in 1-2 months depending on how complicated the art isDeadline:
If I have other commissions or personal issues, we can negotiate for a new deadline.If any personal issue delays the process, I will inform you in advance.Client’s right: If I miss a deadline without prior notice, you may request a partial or full refund depending on the current progress.Artist’s right: Deadlines only apply when the client has provided all required references, a complete brief, and at least a 50% deposit after sketch approval.2. Process:

You may request unlimited changes at each step before final delivery.After lineart approval, you may request 1 free revision for pose/concept. Any further major revision will cost an additional $5 (only for pose & composition).Please state all revision requests as clearly as possible in one message to avoid confusion and waste of time for both parties.Excessive or repetitive “small fix” requests will be charged an additional $5 per time.3. Payment:
– Payments can be made through Paypal.
– As for Vietnamese commissioners, you can use the Domestic Bank, Momo or Viettel Card (+10%).
– All commissions must be paid at least 50% upfront or 100% after the sketch has been accepted by you.The payment must be completed in 3 DAYS after approving the Sketches (upfront) and Full-render version (The rest of the payment) . The completed artwork won’t be sent if the payment hasn't been done in time.4. Copyright & Credit
I retain partial ownership of all works created.Please credit my name when posting artworks on any platform.I may upload commissioned works as portfolio samples unless you have paid the Private Fee, in which case I will not post or share the work without your permission.5. Benefits for both parties
– Customers’:
* Will be received the completed pieces including Watermark + Sign ones and Clean ones ( No Watermark or Signs)* Free to post the artwork online with credit.* Personal use allowed (e.g., avatar, personal print).* No commercial use (merchandise, reselling, etc.) unless a commercial fee has been paid upon.
* You have the right to request a refund if I fail to meet the agreed deadline.* If any personal issues arise, I will inform you in advance. Whether to continue the commission or not will be up to you.* In case the artwork is in progress and you choose not to proceed, I will refund the remaining amount based on the percentage (%) of completion.– Artist’s:
* May use finished artworks as portfolio samples (with watermark).
* I will issue a transaction warning if you seriously violate the terms stated in my Term of Services.6. Cancellation & Refund PolicyIf the client cancels:* Before deposit:
Sketch cannot be used, reposted, or fed to AI. If discovered, I have the right to demand compensation.* After deposit + sketch delivered: 80% refund.At later stages: Partial refund depending on progress.Line Art: 50% refundFlat Color: 25% refundFull Render: No refund (0%)No refund is possible once 70% of the artwork has been completed in any style (Lineart, Flat Color, Full Render).If the artist cancels:A full or partial refund will be issued depending on the stage of progress.
